This is a unique opportunity for a strong brand-centric marketing professional to lead a group of diverse agency partners in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for all brands under the Shell Lubricants portfolio. Lead market research efforts to build a strong library of customer and consumer insights for the region, being responsible for supporting the sector leads in the development of market research studies.

Lead internal and external communication efforts to properly support our commercial team in terms of official communications that need to be developed and deliver to our partners (MDs), customers, and end consumers.

Brand Health Management

Serve as the brand steward of brand health measurements for Shell Helix, Shell Advance, and Shell Rimula, securing the right marketing investments mix among Shell brand portfolios.

Leverage media mix modelling, benchmark insights, and campaign performance reports to optimize performance and deliver high ROI brand investments.
