Responsibilities: Prepare and oversee files. Retrieve information for attorneys, paralegals and other legal staff members when requested. Build, organize, and manage all loose documents and files with Document and Records Management programs. Report to the Manager when a concerning issues arises. Provide support to Records team members as needed. Daily retrieval of documents from designated locations. Deliver files per request. Accurately identify documents. Request files to be recovered from storage.
