Overview:

Wild Health is a growing, fast-paced startup using technology to revolutionize healthcare. Reporting to the Director of Product you will help define our end-to-end product vision, strategy and execution of our mobile product by collaborating closely with our engineering, marketing, design and clinical teams to build amazing products for our patients. You’ll need to have a deep understanding of how to build exceptional experiences for patients on mobile. We want you to have an impact across our entire product!

You will:

Build core experiences that our patients will love. These will be mainly focussed on our mobile app, but can span across our website and all other digital surfaces that are member facing.

Collaborate with ops and clinical team to identify opportunities to improve overall patient care

Translate overarching business goals into tangible product strategy

Provide meaningful insights on product launches throughout the organization

Help refine our product processes, making them scalable as we grow

Collaborate closely with engineering throughout the entire product lifecycle, from writing requirements to launching a feature

You have:

3 years of Product Management experience

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful feature throughout its lifecycle

Experience building consumer features from ideation to launch

Understanding of acquisition, engagement & retention metrics

Proven ability to develop product and growth strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to the team

Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs, leveraging large datasets to make data-driven product decisions, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders and large cross-functional teams

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

Experience with project management tools like Asana and Jira

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to haves:

Experience in high growth startups

Experience building TeleHealth products

Experience with analytic tools (e.g. Mixpanel/Amplitude)

Experience building mobile products
