to join the

Front Office

Team! Someone who has Reservations or Front Office experience, who is a team player, detail oriented, has exceptional customer service experience, and who is a multi-tasking guru.

Located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix since 1929, this gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $100 millionrenovation.This iconic hotel has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets

(including 2 restaurants, 2 pools, 2 bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining).

What will I be doing?

As a Reservations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the daily reservations processes and operations to include, but not limited to:

Room inventory and availability

Answer telephone calls from off-site reservations teams and assist with unique requests as well as handling overflow calls

Handle in house requests from other departments with regards to reservations via email

Attend all necessary meetings

Collaborate with other departments to support guest satisfaction and revenue generation

Provide internal support for individual reservation needs from Sales, Executive Office, and Catering Services

Individual development through organized training and/or departmental job shadowing

Assist with room blocks including communicating with internal and external clients
