The candidate will assist our attorneys with transactions including document review, closing preparation, due diligence review, escrow coordination, preparing transaction binders and drafting correspondence. Strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure and attend to multiple tasks at one time are important requirements for this position. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
