Should have general litigation experience (motion practice, depositions, and trial), as well as some experience with employment counseling and litigation, defense of discrimination claims, responding to EEOC and FCHR charges of discrimination, DOL audits, defense of wage and hour claims, and other employment law related experience. Qualified candidates will also have strong research and writing skills, top quality work product, a commitment to exceptional client service, an interest in business development efforts, and will work well within a team.
