Global Finance Associate
The candidate will take the lead on interesting matters and provided with the opportunity to work on career-enhancing transactions that both challenge and excite them. Should have 4-7 years of experience in a dedicated finance practice group representing domestic and international banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of leveraged transactions and/or large or middle market companies or funds in their financing needs. Strong financial, analytical, drafting and negotiation skills and an ability to work independently, with direct client contact, is important.
