The candidate will review and negotiate varied client and vendor agreements to identify risk considerations and exposures. Interface with Partners and employees, provide advice and support on contracts and agreements. Counsel Partners and senior staff regarding various risk-oriented issues. Preferred relevant experience with: Special projects on a variety of issues. Preferred candidate has 5-12 years relevant experience in litigation or transactional; or government experience as outlined above. Ability to work collaboratively with Legal team in fast paced environment, with strong time and relationship management skills. Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation. Strong communication and writing skills a must. Law firm experience preferred. Prior in-house accounting/consulting experience strongly preferred. Juris Doctorate degree with active license to practice required. Must be able to work on projects simultaneously and change tasks quickly.
