The candidate provides support for mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, corporate finance, corporate governance and corporate compliance matters. Works to support internal client needs and act as a liaison; brokers creative solutions for relevant stakeholders. Develops a thorough understanding of Asurion’s business, processes and goals to provide innovative legal solutions that solve unique or challenging problems. Establishes strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including legal, underwriting, finance, tax, treasury, comp, and client services. Exhibits strong drafting, negotiating, collaboration and communication skills. Demonstrates good analytical skills and judgment to evaluate factual and qualitative information in complicated or novel situations. Acts as a trusted advisor and leader to drive results and complete transactions and projects as needed. Actively seeks operational understanding and implications of initiatives and implements process improvements to streamline support and complete successful transactions.
