The candidate will join a firm that handles a wide range of injury and wrongful death cases. Some specific duties include: client meetings and client management, managing own caseload - working cases from start to finish, conducting legal research, negotiations, etc. Will litigate own cases and take them to trial when necessary and also assist team in trials, depositions, and mediations occasionally. Should preferably have trial and deposition experience and a track record of success to match.
