Systems Engineer
The candidate will ensure all system technologies, policies, practices and procedures adhere to organizational standards, values and strategic plans in addition to collaborating with vendors and IT members to develop and implement new technology initiatives. Implement, administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange and their associated infrastructures. Lead technical role on new initiatives. Provide technical guidance and recommendations to IT management. Diagnose system emergencies when they arise and persevere until they are resolved. Develop capacity planning and disaster recovery, procedural planning and testing. Product review, evaluation, testing and implementation. Support, mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members. Develop, implement and document technical processes and procedures. Bachelor’s Degree is required. SQL Server & SCCM experience is a plus. Microsoft Active Directory 2008, 2012 and/or 2016 is preferred. AD Services, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy is a plus. Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2016 & Office 365 is preferred. Mail Filtering technologies, Mobile Device Management (MobileIron), and PowerShell Scripting is needed. Building, deploying and supporting Windows based servers, including server security hardening and patch management is a plus. Third Party Vendor Management is preferred. Citrix, VMWare and SAN environment administration is preferred. Microsoft, VMware and/or Security certifications is preferred.
