Staff Attorney (Assistant or Associate General Counsel)

Candidate will work primarily as a transactional attorney in the areas of business, finance, real estate, purchasing, public-private partnerships, entrepreneurship, corporate and contracting matters. The successful candidate will also advise on the full range of legal issues the University faces, as assigned. This job will be filled as a level 3 or level 4, depending upon the successful candidate’s competencies, education, and experience.
