The Staff Treasury Analyst provides varied and complex analyses, reports and recommendations in support of Enable Midstream Partners’ Treasury Operations. This position is responsible for daily and short-term borrowing, commercial paper dealer management, investment of excess cash, short-term cash forecasting, related accounting entries and reconciling, invoice processing and other cash management activities. The Staff Treasury Analyst coordinates and maintains positive working relationships with treasury services banks, credit banks, customers, vendors and business units. The position requires a strong understanding and insight into cash management processes, Treasury accounting and third-party treasury management systems.
This position requires someone with an adequate understanding of their own job area. Work is performed independently and under limited supervision. Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Frequently applies technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Determines approach to work and is supervised based on milestones and at key deliverable junctures. Work is reviewed for overall accuracy and soundness of judgement.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Develop and manage short-term (daily to 1-month) cash forecast to anticipate cash needs. *Conduct daily borrowing and investment activities to ensure adequate liquidity while appropriately investing excess cash balances and issuing short-term debt. *Provide input to system and process design to improve automation. *Run daily bank reports and input and monitor daily activity. *Determine cash variance analysis of monthly results to identify key drivers of cash performance. *Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports pertaining to short-term and long-term debt, banking fees and unit distributions for internal purposes. *Support the development of policies and procedures. *Apply skills and concepts to ensure data integrity, data reliability and data accessibility throughout the department and company. *Collect, organize and review data from diverse data sources. Take corrective action to resolve data discrepancies. Prepare schedules, reports and summaries. *Produce procedures to document data sources, analysis methods and protocols. *Audit processes and department data and reports.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance. *Two (2) years' directly related experience.

*Demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, Enable Midstream Partners’ ethics code of conduct and other company policies and procedures. *Respect and follow safety policies and regulations; encourage others to utilize safe and healthy work practices. *Knowledge of treasury services products, banking systems, third party treasury management systems and data transmissions. *Knowledge of cash forecasting. *Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key banking and internal partners. *Ability to distill data into concise and easily understood concepts and recommendations. *Data management skills; ability to audit, format, model and analyze large data sets. *Ability to effectively handle pressures and demands of deadlines and competing priorities. *Ability to handle confidential information and material with the highest degree of professional responsibility. *Skills in computer applications, databases and reporting software (bank treasury portals, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint; SAP). *Strong collaboration skills in order to partner effectively across various levels of the organization.
*Sedentary to light work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. *Ability to view computer screen, sit, stand or walk for long periods of time. *Ability to operate a computer, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, telephone and other miscellaneous office equipment.
*Ability to produce quality work in fast paced environment with high daily pressure to meet deadlines. *Ability to work non-standard work hours as needed or required to meet established deadlines. *Ability to work indoors, in an office environment, regardless of whether cubicle, open office or private office. *Subject to normal office noise levels. *Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
