\u003cp\u003eThe Manager of Inclusive Leadership Development plays an integral role in cultivating a high-performance culture focused on personal and professional growth and leadership excellence. Reporting to the Director of Leadership Development and Diversity, Equity \u0026amp; Inclusion, the Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership programs and support the integration of learning and development into all phases of the talent life cycle. The Manager will collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders across all brands, departments, and levels in the organization to drive a culture of inclusion and develop leadership potential. The ideal candidate will understand and champion the connection between Leadership Development and Diversity, Equity \u0026amp; Inclusion and become a source of knowledge and expertise in both disciplines.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eAssess learning and development needs across the organization and collaborate with business leaders, People Managers, Field Training teams, and HR partners to identify, develop (or source), and implement the appropriate solutions\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eLead the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development programs and curriculum for the Restaurant Support Center\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssist with the development and facilitation of training to support the performance management cycle, including departmental talent reviews\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain internal leadership development content library and respond to requests for team building, new leader assimilations, and other ad hoc support\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsure learning and development programs and initiatives are aligned to both leadership competencies and principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eLeverage multiple delivery methods (e.g., instructor-led, self-guided, face-to-face, virtual, micro-learnings) to promote learning and engagement\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDrive internal branding of leadership programs and initiatives and create compelling communications for internal marketing\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSupport the Diversity, Equity \u0026amp; Inclusion strategy and initiatives, including education and training, Courageous Conversations, and heritage month celebrations\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEvaluate the effectiveness and impact of leadership development initiatives and make recommendations for program and process improvements\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eUnderstanding and proven application of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExperience facilitating meetings and workshops and presenting to various audiences\u003c/li\u003e
