Senior Compliance Counsel
The candidate will develop training and learning content and assist with implementation.  Participate in culture and employee compliance development initiatives including integrity.  Lead Anti-Money Laundering efforts including managing the workflow, developing policies and lead Anti-trust efforts and developing policies and guidelines. Serve as the point of contact for customer audits of the Company’s compliance program and Customer questionnaires. Oversee Code of Conduct Questionnaire launch and triage of affirmative responses. Serve as the point of contact for Contract review of compliance clauses for third parties (non-standard or requests). Act as Region Counsel for North America region. Complete Channel Partner approval for North America due diligence. Review and approve Business Courtesies and charitable contributions for North America. Provide compliance risk analysis and due diligence support. Support high risk reviews for customer tenders and new opportunities. Collaborate with members of the Compliance department, Region, and Product Company. Provide strategic business advice to internal clients regarding compliance issues. Support the Compliance Monitoring team in assisting with the identification of outliers. Advise the business, Legal, and Compliance Counsel in areas that potentially affect the position in investigations, litigation, transactional and other legal matters. Serve as Point of Contact for Concur and controllership teams to support common policies, oversight, and initiatives. Identify, assess, resolve and escalate potential compliance risks that arise through governance reviews or internal investigations. Global Experience is a must. Should have a Law Degree with 5 years of experience in Compliance, Anti-Corruption, Policy management and internal investigations. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
