The candidate will coordinate and maintain docket dates for Merchant & Gould's patent and trademark clients. Review and distribution of incoming/outgoing US and International mail. Record development in multiple software applications, Matter management, Inprotech and WebTMS and Timekeeping, Elite. Communication to attorney/secretary/client regarding PT or TM portfolio. Generate and distribute reports from multiple software applications. Examine, compare, verify and confirm that all information within the client record is correct. Special projects as assigned. Should preferably have 1-2 years patent or trademark prosecution experience. Paralegal certificate and/or college degree is preferred.
