Tax Attorney

The candidate should have 6-15 years of experience. Experience should be in individual income tax, partnership and S corporation matters, state and local taxes (including income, franchise, sales and use tax, and property taxes), preparation and analysis of equity incentive compensation plans, tax-exempt organizations and/or international tax. Experience in general corporate law matters with a focus on the organization and operation of limited liability companies is preferred.
