Duties: Preparation of legal pleadings and documents necessary to process cases on behalf of the client; drafting and typing correspondence; answering inquiries from the client, court personnel, and others regarding case activity and status; coordinating and following up on service of process including communicating with the process servers and locate unit; entering all calendar events, deadlines, and case activities in case management database (ATLAS) to track progression of activities, reflect case status and generate follow through action; independently generating legal forms needed in all types of actions and other projects as assigned. This position will work with cases filed in various tribunals such as bankruptcy court, superior court, and administrative courts. May be required to assist with training new staff. Duties involve reviewing, creating, and processing materials and information that are confidential by federal and state laws.
