Applies system evaluation methods and techniques to portions of a larger project/study. Assist senior specialists in developing research/development testing/evaluating or implementation, and acquisition strategies. Carries out special projects and assignments in the development of software and solutions to be used by higher-level computer scientists, contractors and/or customers.
