Cox, Castle & Nicholson’s San Francisco office has a unique employment opportunity for a mid-level associate to join a rapidly expanding real estate transactional practice. This position requires strategic legal thinking solving complex legal questions with tangible, real-world results. We are looking for an associate to join our San Francisco Real Estate and Renewable Energy Development (ReRED) practice group. Beyond having one of the foremost renewable energy real estate practices in the United States, the ReRED team works with a variety of industries on all aspects of project real estate development matters; including residential, commercial, mixed-use, agriculture, corporate development, military base redevelopment, health care, energy, and conservation/mitigation lands. Our ideal candidate would have solid real estate transactional experience and a desire to work within an integrated and close-knit team. Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred.
