OCM guides how the organization or business functions prepare, equip and support individuals and/or business functions to successfully adopt change in order to drive organizational success and outcomes. Role Overview:• Maintain internal assets library, making sure all documents are updated and stored in the correct place • Support weekly status report documentation including risk and issue tracking• Build online feedback surveys for training, compiling the results and sharing with stakeholders• Develop project materials as needed, with the necessary guidance (presentations, training documents, communications, etc.)• Document meetings, distributing meeting minutes to participants','!*! Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience- Two to three years of experience in project management activitiesPreferred Skills/Experience - Good verbal and written communication skills - Good analytical thinking- Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word- Project Management training or experience a plus- Quality management experience or Six Sigma certification a plus - Eager to learn  ','Project Management / Analysis','USA-Georgia-GA-Atlanta','','1st - Daytime','No','','','40','40','Organizational Change Management Analyst - Atlanta, GA
