Account Executive - Central Midwest
The candidate will develop and grow new customer accounts in the legal community within an assigned territory. Will utilize prospecting and consultative selling skills, high energy and initiative to identify opportunities to provide company products and services. Will also be responsible to partner with our internal Client Managers related to the post-sales satisfaction and retention of existing medium law firm customers. Attain the sales and renewal targets and quotas on a monthly basis in assigned territory. Demonstrate the use of products to the customer. Obtain and provide territory information regarding market intelligence and penetration. Confer with and assist in customer-related issues, including collections and complaints, as needed to maintain good customer relations. Complete weekly sales performance reports and completes all Salesforce.com reporting in a timely and accurate manner. Attend sales meetings and conventions as required. Should preferably have a four-year college degree or equivalent experience. J.D. degree is a plus. Must have 5+ years of successful sales experience in a professional B2B environment, preferably in the Legal industry. Proven track record of sales success, fast growth and consistent achievement at 100%+ is needed. Software as a Service Sales (SAAS) experience is a plus.
