Duties: Establishing and executing of organizational change and communications strategy, approach and work plan across all areas of focus. Managing execution including deployment plans, change campaigns, communications, leadership and stakeholder engagement/alignment and capability transfer. Establishing and delivering a structured framework to help individuals adapt to changes to their work environment including new roles, responsibilities, processes, and technology. Develop interventions so that professionals can serve as an advocate for change among their peers. Perform a rigorous change impact analysis to fully understand business impacts. Involve the business early and often to create a strong network of communities. Overseeing work performed by the change, communication and onboarding teams. Produce supporting materials and processes for new technology releases. Manage and drives adoption with key business stakeholders. Produce adoption metrics, develop and administer user surveys. Analyze change barriers, user feedback and develops action plans to address findings. Produce Executive level reporting.
