The candidate' should have at least 3+ years of experience. General Litigation – required; E-Discovery experience a plus, but not required; Insurance defense - Construction litigation experience is preferred but not required; Ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients, with a client first mindset; Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals; Responsibilities: Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel; Respond to motions & discovery; Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients.
