The candidate will contact potential clients that need our services. Answers all questions pertaining to services provided by law firm. Communicate with all potential clients using various modalities (phone, text, email). Meets Key Performance Indicators and Revenue Goals. Attends scheduled meetings. Additional duties may be assigned. Should have an Associate’s degree or higher in related field or two (2) years of related experience. Communicates clearly and honestly with all clients, new and existing. Is humble and compassionate when speaking with clients. Impeccable attention to detail with processes, spelling, and communications. Independent problem solver with forward thinking solutions. Ability to work in fast paced work environment with strict deadlines. Collaborative approach when working with colleagues. Energetic with positive attitude. Handles technology with grace and an open mind. Bilingual English/Spanish in all communication modalities.
