Global Export Compliance Manager
The candidate will act as a strategic business advisor on global export matters, including the EAR, ITAR, and OFAC compliance. Will guide OpCo Trade Compliance global team members in their day-to-day compliance matters, including customer and transaction screening, ECCN/dual-use classification, end-use/user restrictions, sanctions, export license determinations, anti-boycott reviews, and license applications. Develop and implement automation processes for export screening. Review ERP compliance systems for blocks and work with internal and external customers to resolve them. Drive improvements and efficiencies of established Trade Compliance processes. Continually review systems and capabilities to ensure these systems will support new and evolving business models. Monitor updates to export laws and regulations, assess the impact on the company’s and its subsidiaries systems and processes and modify export processes and procedures as necessary to ensure compliance. Develop and maintain BIS, OFAC, ITAR, and other export-related processes and procedures. Develop and administer training (both online and in-person) on export matters that reflect the latest developments in Trade Compliance regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain export-related audits.
