Corporate Paralegal

The candidate manages organization, maintenance, and execution process of all legal documentation; Formulates and presents summaries of all pertinent information for attorneys’ review, both verbally and in written form; Under general supervision, reviews, drafts and revises administrative and clinical department contracts, legal correspondence, and corporate policies; Independently conducts research, as needed, reviews and analyzes organizational policies and procedures in order to assist attorneys in all stages of corporate business; Serves as a liaison to internal and external constituents, serving as primary point of contact where appropriate; Reviews and coordinates contract renewals and terminations in a timely manner; Oversees subpoena and patient authorization process; Monitors and provides updates on government regulations, as requested; and Performs other tasks as assigned by attorneys. Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree preferred. Accredited paralegal or legal assistant certification or training preferred. Should have 3-5 years of experience working in the legal field. Must have prior experience in legal field, including drafting and contract preparation with a preference for healthcare law.
