A law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to join its team in the Orange County office. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience representing lenders in construction, bridge, and permanent loan transactions. This position requires experience in drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents, conducting real estate and entity due diligence, and working closely with clients and team members. Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills are essential. Location:

• Costa Mesa, CA

Duties:

• Represent lenders on construction, bridge, and permanent loan transactions
• Draft and negotiate mortgage loan documents
• Conduct real estate and entity due diligence
• Collaborate with team members to manage projects and client relationships
• Provide legal advice on complex financial transactions
• Take ownership of assigned projects and manage them from start to finish
• Maintain strong communication with clients and team members

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in real estate finance, specifically on the lender side
• Experience drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents
• Strong understanding of real estate and entity due diligence
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and projects
• Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong academic background

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admitted to and in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:
