Should have 3+ years of relevant experience with ERISA and qualified retirement plans and/or health and welfare plans. Experience with non-qualified deferred compensation plans and executive compensation would be a plus. Must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate strong writing and communication skills, and be licensed (or willing and able to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in the state of Michigan.
