The candidate will review, processes, gathers and assigns requests that come into the LO Comp email group. Assigns and escalates to the appropriate party and ensures the request is completed. Responsible for answering general questions that come into the LO Comp email group. Assist in audits and uploading data. Helps maintain Loan Originator Compensation Plans. Assists with day to day projects as assigned. Must have basic knowledge and understanding of current business acumen. Should have solid knowledge and understanding of customer service best practices. Must have High School diploma or equivalency degree. Should preferably have 1+ of experience in customer service – legal field. Must have demonstrated experience with MS Office software products.
