King University is accepting applications for the position of Head Men’s Soccer Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the men’s soccer program.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 3 years’ coaching at the collegiate level, or comparable experience. Candidates should possess a thorough knowledge of soccer, a sophisticated understanding of coaching and training strategies, and a demonstrated ability to enhance student athlete development.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master’s degree is preferred, as well as previous head coaching experience. Demonstrated ability and success in identifying and recruiting student athletes at a private, residential institution.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all activities related to the student athletes; provide professional mentoring to student-athletes; Recruit student/athletes that meet King University Admission guidelines to achieve roster goals and field a competitive team; Provide academic, personal, and professional mentoring to student-athletes; Comply with all NCAA rules and regulations;
