We seek a Recruitment Manager to play a key role in attracting the talent Our company needs to achieve its ambitious 2020 goals. This Manager partners closely with Our company hiring managers to identify, source, cultivate, and hire strong, diverse candidates for open positions. They manage the full recruitment cycle for non-technical roles and will marshal people data and resources to refine ActBlue’s sourcing and staffing strategy. This Manager is an integral member of ActBlue’s People & Culture team and will report to the Director, People & Culture.

ActBlue’s office is located in Davis Square in Somerville, MA, just a few blocks from Boston’s MBTA Red Line train. This posting is for a full-time, in-office, salaried position.
