Candidate will be the liaison who organizes, coordinates and manages for all non-major subcontract efforts. Candidate will also be responsible for purchasing/material activities including general purchasing, subcontract management, resources, financial controls and material management in support of the JASSM and/or LRASM-A/L programs. Coordinates with all cross-functional teams to ensure on-time deliveries that meet program performance, schedule and cost requirements. Adheres to policies, procedures, programs, systems and assure timely and economical procurement of all material, parts, assemblies, equipment and services as well as the timely planning, control and distribution of all materials, property and customer assets required to manufacture. Supports programs, projects, products, services and off-site operations in compliance with government regulations and contractual commitments.
-Working knowledge of MRP systems and processes.
-Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and specialized application software associated with the Procurement function (P2P)
-Detail and Teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills; Strong interpersonal skills
-Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
-Demonstrate problem solving skills
-Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions

-Work with all levels of management
-Able to travel
-Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance
-Experience with LM SAP MRP and/or procurement systems
-Experience working with/in SEMAC
-Green belt certified
-Thorough knowledge of federal acquisition policies and procedures, to specifically include LM-specific procedures such as LMAP and MAPS
-Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry
-Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements
-Working knowledge of standard contract types
