Aon Is Looking For A Retirement Actuarial Consultant/Advanced Actuarial Associate As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Retirement and Investment business group within East, Central, and South Regions.  As a Retirement Actuarial Consultant or a Retirement Actuarial Advanced Associate, you will report directly to the Retirement Local Practice Leader.  Location Options: New York New York, Somerset NJ, Waltham MA, Norwalk CT, Charlotte NC, Baltimore MD, Washington DC, Chicago IL, Lincolnshire IL, Dallas TX, Atlanta GA, Cleveland OH. St Louis MO Your Impact As A Retirement Actuarial Consultant Job Responsibilities:Manage projectsDelegate and coach more junior colleaguesReview work for both accuracy and reasonabilityProvide technical leadership to clients and plays a significant role in client meetingsCommunicate on technical topics with clientsTake ownership of issuesBe proactive in initiating and leading discussionsEnsure team follows throughMaster basic technical concepts and apply to broader assignmentsYou Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:5 years of Defined Benefit experienceFully qualified Actuary (FSA and EA)Have outstanding quantitative and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work under pressure of fixed deadlineAbility to work effectively in a team environment or independently as the work product demands Education:Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent years of industry experience How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
