Developing contract strategies and techniques resulting in clear, concise negotiations and deals. Summarizing contractual terms and other business and legal matters, and responding to contract inquiries and requests. Composing offer letters and Restricted Covenant Agreements. Proofreading and correcting prepared materials for correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, format, syntax, and content. Reviewing and understanding legal documents related to bankruptcy, collections, and court filings. Should have 2+ years of Paralegal experience. Must have experience with employment law and contract management. Must have excellent verbal, written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
