The candidate will set up and maintenance of coffee stations. Collect and sort incoming and outgoing mail. Perform regular cleaning and general housekeeping. Restock office supplies in designated work areas. Assist administrative staff with various projects. Check and maintain conference rooms. Coordinate and order lunches as directed. Provide support to the receptionists' responsibilities as needed. High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
