The candidate will have the primary responsibility to provide counsel to clients of the firm’s government contracting practices. Must possess substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated government contracts and in advising clients about all aspects of government contracting. Additional experience with commercial transactions, export compliance, and international transactions are beneficial. A background in technology and IP-based government contracting is a plus.
