Office Services Clerk
The candidate will assist the document production center with copying, scanning, and faxing. Assist with the collection, sorting and delivery of daily mail, overnight packages, faxes, and other items, as needed. Assist with conference room set-ups, including audiovisual, refreshments and clean up. Assist with office inventory and supplies. Assist with reception desk coverage. Assist with kitchen care, including loading/unloading the dishwasher, keeping counters and cabinets clean and stocked, etc. Perform general office duties. Exhibit excellent customer service, possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Be punctual and dependable. Exhibit professionalism at all times. Should have 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment. High School Diploma is required; an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
