Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment and selection of qualified candidates for positions at all levels within the business unit. Develops strategic relationships with the business unit(s) supported and is responsible for creating an effective recruiting strategy to meet customers' needs. Partners with OGE HR and Recruiting leadership to improve recruiting practices and processes across the entire OGE organization.
Develop and continually assesses strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates for executives and upper level management positions.
Assists with executive search firm efforts.
Develop, execute, and manage effective campus recruiting campaigns, including conducting research to improve business relationships with colleges and universities.
Leads coordination with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Compensation, and hiring managers to identify areas of improvement to ensure the delivery of a high quality of service to business units.
Serves as project lead in the development, facilitation, and implementation of recruiting programs.
Supervise interviewing, testing, and hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other government compliance requirements.
Responsible for implementing and utilizing effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to assess recruiting needs, identify key recruitment issues and make strategic hiring decisions that support current and future business unit needs.
Develop and continually assesses recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for industry related professional, technical, and field positions.
Coaches managers on hiring trends and recruitment tools.
Administer and interpret relocation program activities.
Proactively researches and investigates innovative sourcing strategies.
Partner with Corporate Communications to capitalize on company events and advertising programs, ensuring diverse population is reached.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine sourcing staffing effectiveness based on statistics, cost efficiency and customer feedback.
Report on effective recruiting trends and make recommendations based on recruiting data.
Implement creative and targeted search/marketing strategies that help recruiting staff be more successful in pipelining both active and passive candidates, including managing internet job postings for all e- recruiting sites.
Initiates contact with possible qualified candidates for specific job openings.
Reviews applications and interviews applicants to identify qualified candidates, screens, and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in organization.
Attend job fairs and other functions to maintain a positive corporate image within the labor market.
Provides input into recruiting strategies for non-exempt and entry level exempt positions.
Coordinates and administers pre-employment testing as necessary.
Develops and maintains diverse pipelines of candidates.
Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of corporate/agency recruiting experience or eight (8) years corporate/agency recruiting experience.
Experience participating and/or leading recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives.
Extensive experience using an applicant tracking system such as OpenHire, Taleo, BrassRing, etc.
Experience with recruiting reporting and analysis.
Experience with passive recruiting
Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR)

Ability to make sound decisions by utilizing job knowledge, work experience, and evaluation of risks and consequences and possess the ability to recognize when assistance is needed in decision making.
Demonstrates strong skills in developing strategic alliances.
Strong presentation skills with ability to make effective presentations to large and diverse audiences.
Extensive knowledge in the overall recruitment process and serve as a resource to other recruiters.
Experience locating and identifying qualified resources via the internet and other sources.
Ability to build and maintain a large network of professional relationships over an extended period of time.
Demonstrates strong skills related to software tools that utilize the web for locating talent sources.
Experience establishing relationships with universities, trade schools, professional organizations, etc.
Knowledge of EEO reports and statistics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to easily interact with diverse personalities.
Excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
Ability to use a personal computer with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to speak persuasively and promote the Company's brand to potential candidates.
Demonstrates strong social networking skills.
Requires some travel (some overnight) by automobile or airplane for training, recruiting and job fairs at colleges, universities, Vo- Tech schools, etc.
May be required to work non-standard work schedules.
Work is typically performed in an office environment with extended periods of sitting and extensive use of computers and telephones.
May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
