The candidate will direct all recruiting activities to ensure an acceptable candidate pool is readily available for all assigned positions. Search for qualified candidates utilizing various Internet sources and referral techniques. Qualify candidates via resume screening and phone interviewing. Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process from job approval through candidate recommendation and onboarding. Make offers of employment to candidates. Maintain candidate and job records in applicant tracking system. Ensure proper background, reference and conflicts are completed and review data to identify issues or concerns. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Should have 2-3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
