Senior Commercial Property Tax Analyst
The candidate will review property valuations to identify property tax savings opportunities using the various, income, sales and cost approach analyses. Will lead and advise staff of appeal processes. Perform various analyses for clients such as tax projections, annual budgets, communicate appeal status, and review/discuss client needs. Present and negotiate appeals with various assessing jurisdictions. Communicate and present the firms services to potential clients. Review and approve invoices. Should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other business related field. MAI Appraiser designation is needed. Cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.
