Daily duties / responsibilities: Monitors Service-Now for help desk tickets pertaining to the Managed Workstations Services and addresses them as needed. Escalates tickets to other teams or vendors as appropriate.

Assists with service enhancement projects in conjunction with project managers, endpoint engineers, other technical teams, and vendors

Serves as technical lead on endpoint related projects

Documents procedures for other team members and technical teams

Systems Analyst:

Required skills: Ability to communicate and gather technical requirements from customers.

Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, users, management, vendors and other officials

Ability to clearly document processes and procedures for knowledge transfer to other staff

Working knowledge for administering print queues on a Windows Print Server

Working knowledge for troubleshooting complex issues with Windows 10 including Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Apps including Teams and OneDrive

Working knowledge for managing file permissions on network drives using Active Directory groups and troubleshooting issues related to network drive mapping and permissions

Working knowledge for migrating large amounts (> 100TB, > 2000users) of network drive data to OneDrive and Teams sites

Working knowledge using Microsoft Intune to deploy secure configurations including Defender for Endpoint settings

Working knowledge for using Intune to configure iOS-based mobile devices

Working knowledge for securely configuring printers based on industry standards and benchmarks

Working knowledge for administering virtual desktops on VMware Horizon View and VMware vCenter

Working knowledge of Windows Server OS

Working knowledge for deploying and managing Client Security Manager

-Working knowledge for administering PrinterLogic

Working knowledge for administering Azure Virtual Desktops and Azure Windows Virtual Desktops

Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Intune for deploying software and making it available through Company Portal

Working knowledge for administering Microsoft Deployment Toolkit to deploy images with up-to-date drivers

Working knowledge for using Quest Kace to develop reporting and deploy software and driver patches

Working knowledge for using Intune to configure iOS-based mobile devices

Working knowledge configuring Microsoft Autopilot to provision workstations

Working knowledge for deploying Defender for Endpoint to large complex environments (> 2000 users)

Working knowledge of Apple Business Manager

Required education/certifications: A bachelor's degree in information technology systems, computer science, or related field and 5 experience in Information Technology or related area. Experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.

Preferred education/certifications:

CJIS Certification will be a requirement of employment, this training is provided by the State of SC after a successful background check is completed
