Job Description Summary
The Culture and Engagement Lead manages all aspects of culture and engagement projects, including activities designed to foster associates well-being and engagement aligned with the company's culture and values. The Culture and Engagement Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
The Culture and Engagement Lead administers wellness program activities aimed at improving employee health and well-being.
Makes recommendations on changes or additions to the program to reflect changing needs of employees.
Uses data and analytics from associate engagement survey.
Develops creative, clear-written material in support of the organization's communications strategies as they related to culture and engagement.
Helps plan and develop internal or external communications.
Provides direct support to culture and engagement employees.
Implements change management, development planning, competency models, employee on-boarding, recognition programs and career development.
Helps design learning materials and systems as well as facilitate learning to associates.
Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.
Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision.
Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
5 or more years of culture and engagement experience.
2 or more years of project leadership experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel and Teams.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present in large groups.
Experienced organizing and facilitating large format virtual meetings.
Exercises professional judgment and demonstrates strong facilitation, conflict management and consensus building skills.
Demonstrated people leadership and collaboration experience.
Ability to build relationships, and gain the confidence of key stakeholders and team members.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Superior attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple competing priorities.
Ability to manage through ambiguity.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Proven ability to improve existing processes.
Must be able to travel.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer and associate experiences.
Must have a separate room with a locked door that can be used as a home office, to ensure you have absolute and continuous privacy while you work.
Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience leading and managing teams.
Background or familiarity with operations.
Additional Information
Typical Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
Travel: 25% (Note: Travel is suspended at this time due to business travel restrictions.)
Interview Format

If you are selected to move forward from your application prescreen, you will receive correspondence inviting you to participate in a pre-recorded Voice Interview and/or an SMS Text Messaging interview. If participating in a pre-recorded interview, you will respond to a set of interview questions via your phone. You should anticipate this interview to take approximately 10-15 minutes.
If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
