Associate Attorney - Family Law & Criminal Defense

The candidate should have 0-3 years of professional legal experience. Should preferably be familiar with Microsoft Office software, computer-based case management software, Westlaw legal research, and public legal research options like the South Dakota Legislative Research Council, the Unified Judicial System, and the LII / Legal Information Institute. The caseload will include a variety of general matters, including state criminal defense (misdemeanors, low-level felonies, abuse and neglect of minors), family (divorce, custody, visitation, spousal support, child support). Must be Licensed to practice law by the South Dakota Supreme Court.
