Setting application appointments with SSA/VA for prospective clients who have not yet applied. Tracking client packets using data tracking tools. Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling client intake appointments. Filing disputes with third party lead providers regarding discrepancies or inappropriate leads. Communicating with supervisors when a case evaluation review is necessary. Reporting productivity numbers daily.
