Job Description

Join a developing Enterprise Program Management team within the Brightcove Product organization focused on the corporate aspects of launching and landing sophisticated streaming products. We’re looking for an innately curious business analyst, with an interest in reporting and evaluating trends on product performance, adoption indicators, ROI metrics, team velocity. You will be able to work with all facets of our enterprise, from engineers to attorneys, while exploring ways to better understand the impact (or potential impact) of Brightcove products. Your influence will impact some of the biggest brands in the world and their millions of viewers.

What You’ll Do

For each phase of product lifecycle, identify the corporate owner of metrics and tool

Be the source of truth for analysis at our fingertips - whether you are providing the metrics, or creating the index

Where there is a gap, learn the tool and get agreement on metrics

Bookings/Pipeline: Tableau, Salesforce

Pipeline Conversion: Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Product Adoption: Gainsight PX

Product Roadmap: Aha!

Engineering Achievement: JIRA

Engineering Capacity: Greenhouse, JIRA

Customer Retention: Salesforce, Gainsight

Skills and Qualifications

3 years in data or business analysis function for a technical firm or agency

Attention to detail

Positive attitude with a team player mentality; Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within and across teams

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and competing deadlines

Ability to extrapolate trends from data

Demonstrated ability to specify KPI and reporting requirements

Salesforce, Tableau, Gainsight, JIRA, Confluence expertise a plus, ability to learn the rest a must

Targeted Base Salary Range:

$64,000.00 - $96,000.00

The base salary range listed above is across locations in the US. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to an applicant's experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and an applicant's work location.
