The candidate duties will include: Overall planning, management and administration of employment needs, including but not limited to policy administration and interpretation, employee relations, coaching and counseling in the areas of performance management and conflict resolution, onboarding and integration efforts, administration of compensation and evaluation processes as well as management of various record-keeping systems. In addition, the HR Manager will ensure compliance with the firm’s policies, procedures and business conduct as well as federal, state and local regulations. Human Resources Certification Preferred. Law Firm Human Resources Management a plus. Must have 5 years experience as a Human Resources Manager.
