Paralegal (Real Estate)

The candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Real Estate. Paralegal will primarily focus on commercial real estate and development. However, we will consider candidates with a commercial or residential real estate background. Must be detail oriented and able to work independently. Job Responsibilities: Conduct title searches, review title reports. Preparation of deeds, affidavits and trust. Review and prepare commercial loan documents Prepare corporate documents; Perform due diligence searches; Draft closing binders, checklists and closing documentation. Should have Proven working experience as a real estate paralegal. Knowledge of real estate closing software, including SoftPro. Experience in residential or commercial real estate Transactions.
