The candidate will review and Execution of Legal Documentation. Knowledge of Loan Closings and Lending Regulatory Requirements. Working Knowledge of Participations and Syndications. Knowledge in Reviewing Title Work, Surveys, Lien Filings and Collateral. Working Knowledge of Specialty Lending, i.e. LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit), NMTC (New Market Tax Credit) LSTA and Complex Large Corporate deals. Proactive in identifying and Manage Risks. Meet and/or exceed clients' expectations. In-depth knowledge of the applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidelines, rules and standards for all states in the footprint. Should have 5 years of experience in credit operations, loan consultation, loan administration, loan origination, real estate construction, banking operations (documentation, client service, accounting) or related field(s) and 5 years of experience in the execution of legal documentation and associated processes. Proficiency with MS Office applications. A Bachelor's degree or certificate in the related field is preferred. Paralegal experience with Wholesale Lending transactions from the lender's perspective is preferred. Knowledge of Origination commercial loan system (NCino), AFSVision servicing system or Loan IQ as well as basic loan structures and hierarchies.
