Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining and contract administration.
• Handle grievance arbitration cases and represent clients in labor disputes.

• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and briefs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective labor strategies.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of traditional labor law experience.
• Collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration.
• Prior experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board (preferred).
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Admission to the California Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
